PARENTS IN PARTNERSHIP
Partnership and involvement with parents is paramount to the nursery’s success.
As a single setting nursery school, all our staff know each child and their family individually.
Staff take great pride in the quality of their children's individual 'Development Profiles', which are shared regularly with parents. In addition, parents are provided with comprehensive feedback, given by their child's key carers at the end of each day.
There is always the opportunity for parents to discuss their child's developmental progress.
In addition to this, Oakfield holds two annual events (our Parents' Evening and Preps Evening), in which parents are invited into the nursery to meet with their child's educators and teachers, tour the facilities at their leisure and review their child's projects.
Our maintained connection with past parents and alumni is testimony to the strong relationships made during a families time at Oakfield.
