Our preferred candidates are qualified to Level 3 in Childcare, Learning or Development (or Level 2 and willing to train to Level 3) and have some experience. 

We also welcome applications from graduates with degrees in relevant early years subjects.

Although we permanently employ four support staff, to cover for holidays and absence, we also recruit two graduates each summer, as additional cover. These positions are usually arranged at the beginning of each year. Therefore if you are interested in this post, please contact us early on.
