We take great pride in our staff. Our award-winning team of caring, competent, qualified professionals, is paramount to our success.

Staff morale is high. Our loyal and long serving managers and team leaders have been at Oakfield for between 7-30 years, so have grown and developed with us. This provides a solid foundation for continual evolvement and progression.

By having an exceptionally low staff turnover, we are able to provide continuity of love and care. This gives our children the emotional security they need to learn and achieve.

Leading by example is the most effective way to teach and learn. So, we take excellent care of our staff, who give the same loving care to our children.

Each child has their own key carer. A person who is principally responsible for supporting, planning, tracking and recording their development. Secure and strong relationships are forged between our key carers (Educators), their key child and families.

All our staff receive regular in-house training and are allocated 'time out' within their working hours (covered by qualified 'support staff'), to plan for their individual children's learning activities and produce high quality records of their development. Although all of our key carers are qualified, a substantial budget is set aside for continuous professional development training for all staff.
